COMPLETA PLUS

In addition to COMPLETA benefits, you receive 15% of the costs for outpatient treatment, up to a maximum of CHF 500 per calendar year.

You receive 90% of the costs that exceed COMPLETA benefits, up to a maximum of CHF 200 per calendar year for spectacle lenses, frames and contact lenses. For laser eye corrections, you receive 100% of the costs up to a maximum of CHF 500 per eye and calendar year.

What does your basic insurance cover?

Children and adolescents up to the age of 18 receive CHF 180 per year for their glasses or contact lenses.

You receive the deductible in the amount of 25% from COMPLETA for special forms of treatment such as non-medical psychotherapy, sterilization, vasectomy and much more.

For search operations within Switzerland, for the purpose of rescue or recovery, you receive up to a maximum of CHF 30,000 per case.

What does your basic insurance cover?

Your basic insurance does not cover any costs of search operations in Switzerland.

You receive 75% of the costs that exceed COMPLETA benefits, up to a maximum of CHF 200 per calendar year for health-promoting exercise programs, such as strength and endurance training in the fitness center (fitness subscription) and many other courses (aquafit, gymnastics, first aid, etc.). You also receive 75% of the costs up to a maximum of CHF 100 for swimming courses for babies and children. 

You receive 90% of the costs up to a maximum of CHF 500 per calendar year for preventive measures that exceed the benefits provided by COMPLETA. This includes vaccinations, cardiovascular check-ups, ultrasound examinations, smoking cessation or examinations for the early detection of cancer. 

For medically prescribed outpatient treatment abroad, in addition to COMPLETA benefits, you will get 90% of the costs up to a maximum of CHF 1,000 per calendar year. Excluded from the above are complementary medical and dental treatments, laser eye corrections, preventive medical care and health promotion.
